Filling the cat deficit

Today was a great interactive cat day.  I got to love one very pregnant black cat in the morning which set a wonderful tone for our day's journey:

And when we returned, I made good on my promise to one of the girls from yesterday, and another of her companions, including a good belly rub!

Plus, at dinner, I had a new companion:

After three small pieces of souvlaki, I was able to make contact, but it was clear that she did not understand the importance of a good chin scratching.

Other cats that got the benefit of our dinner largesse also were there only for the food, and just stared if I offered a hand without food.  "What could that possibly do for me?" their expressions said.  Ah well, there's always tomorrow.
