Drama!

No, no, not what you think at all.  There is, in fact, a Greek city named 'Drama' (actually a city and a municipality, and it's the capital of the regional unit of Drama, all facts I found from its Wikipedia page).  It's even in Google Maps:

As it was only about 20 km away from Phillipi, when planning the trip out, we thought it essential to visit.  We only stayed long enough for some quick refreshments at a local cafe (a dramatic pause, if you will) and then, of course, to get what we'd come for: a picture of the No Drama sign as you leave the city:

Feel free to grab the picture for your own use and/or comment with your favorite dramatic phrases.
[In this vein, we considered taking a picture of people in town, captioning it 'dramatis personae', but decided that this was too Latin.  We also felt there should be a suburb named 'dramedy'...]

  1. You forgot that I wanted to find a mountain there so we could have "high Drama"!

  2. And didn't we have a Dramatic regional wine? It moved me.
